Best skimmer/spatula available for scooping up foods
One of these came with a FryDaddy purchased earlier. It was always in the dishwasher because it was so popular for cooking. Bought two more of these so we can always (hopefully) have a clean one available.

Arrived as promised.
I like this skimmer for the frier, no sharp edges so it doesn’t scratch the coated surface of the fryer. I think the price is high for this product.

One of my favorite kitchen tools
I love this. I use it for everything including browning hamburger. Super sturdy. My last one lasted 10 years!

I like it, but...
I have not tried it in a deep fryer, yet...but I find it hard to believe that it won't melt.
