Good product
I have a number of superficial screws in my ankle; the heads are quite obvious beneath the thin skin. I use these to the elevate the 'points' of my ankle (the malleoli), and hence the screws, above the rim of my shoe. This eliminates the otherwise very painful contact with the shoe. I was disappointed when they arrived; it had not registered in my brain that 'pack of two' meant just that. I was assuming it meant 'pack of two pair.' They are kind of pricey at that point, and still worth it.

Good enough for Froedtert, is good enough for me.
I already knew the product before I bought it. I was going to physical therapy at Froedtert Lutheran Hospital in Wauwatosa WI. My therapist recommended a heel lift for a shorter leg issue I had due to a construction accident I had years ago. My therapist gave me a lift sold by you. So I took the name off of it & looked you up. It worked well to balance my stance out again. I usually buy these types of products this way. I figured if a big company or medical facility of any type used a certain product with confidance is worth a shot. I will be ordering your product as my old ones begin to compress down from use. I actually bought a number of lifts from you already, because I have 6 pairs of shoes for different occasions or situations. I'm sold! Thanks for a good product. I've been wearing one pair of casual shoes more than all the rest. I've been taking thickness measurements from new until now, & they are wearing well. I particularly like the peel & stick layers that make up the standard height of your finished product. If the thickness drops down by more than 1/8", I will simply take one layer off of a new lift & add it to the the one I have in my shoe presently. Thanks again.

Comfortable, economical and doesn't slide
I have uneven legs from an accident and these are probably the best I've ever found. ( I have only once tried super expensive ones and they are no better for me so I figured I'd buy less expensive ones and just change them out if they get worn or gross. . So far they have not . I have not tried washing them in the washing machine . There are two in the package and each one has three layers that are stuck together with some kind of sticky glue-like substance that is actually nice because it doesn't stick so much that you can't pull them apart but they don't fall apart either. Each of the two has 3 layers so to speak. You can try all three and if it's too high peal off the next layer and if that's too high peel the final layer off.. The lowest works for me however I did try it with two layers and it seem to work really well at staying together (I've had some in the past that if if you needed more than one layer they would slide inside your shoe and not give you the lift you need as well as being uncomfortable. I don't like the plastic ones that you see around. This is a nice soft comfortable fabric though the lift itself is sturdy enough that it keeps the height and doesn't squash down. And the price is right. I would suggest giving them a try. Believe me, I know, I've been doing this for 20 years :-)

Does the job
Do thei9r job well. Adhesive is not perfect, but good enough to keep pad in place.

When I walked it felt like one leg was continually stepping into a hole
I had hip surgery and was left with one leg shorter than the other. When I walked it felt like one leg was continually stepping into a hole. I put the Warwick Enterprises Adjust A Lift Heel Lift into the shoe for the shorter leg and I was immediately walking normally again. I simply do not notice any issue while walking, as I did before I used the lift. Cutting the heel lift to fit my shoe was easy, taking about two minutes. After a few months, one of the lifts used in a sandal shifted, and had to be replaced; but at less than $5, replacement was cheap and easy. When used in a shoe, the heel lift does not shift, and is still working well after many months. I was so pleased at the results of using the heel lift that I bought several other lifts so that I could put one into every pair of shoes. For less than $10 a pair, I was able to solve a serious physical problem, and walk as easily and normally as I had walked before my surgery. If you have the same problem that I did, I highly recommend the Warwick Enterprises Adjust A Lift Heel Lift.

Didn't work well. Moved in shoe.
Didn't provide stability. Didn't help the problem.

I highly recommend these if you are looking for a solid heel lift. They used dense excellent quality rubber to make these. Nice quality lower grain leather on top. Used to give my flat base aggressive skates. a mild heel lift. These worked perfectly. DO NOT expect shock absorption from these. They provide excellent control. A liner or insole should be used over these.

My second pair, these are way softer with weird looking printing on the "leather" surface - seem like fakes
