Canterbury men’s tournament shorts..............Shorter style black polyester shorts with Canterbury logo.Shorts..........These are shorter style sports shorts, designed for sport rather than fashion wear. The shorts reach just above mid thigh on my 5’8” tall son.The shorts are polyester, so dry super quick. The material has a soft feel inner with a slight “squares” weave on the outermost side. It is strong and has a good stretch- ideal for bending/running/jumping and general sports.Between the legs is an elasticated band to add additional stretch where it’s needed most.The waist is a soft elastic with a good stretch, it also has a shoe lace style tie to keep them secure..no “ keggin’” from mates with this tied secure!Washing...........These are machine washable at 40 degrees, cool tumble dry, cool iron ( I wouldn’t bother, the material doesn’t s show creases) you can chuck them in the machine and forget about them.

Well thought out and comfortable
I like Canterbury gear, and in the Summer, I live in their cotton rugby shorts.These Canterbury Tournament Shorts are a perfect fit ... the size guide states 34-36 ... so I would say the sizing is accurate.Made from Polyester and with 12% elastane, so there is plenty of give in every direction.The waistband is just under 40mm, so comfortable, and there is a drawstring as well.Very comfortable for workouts, and easy care ... washing machine at 40, OK in a tumble dryer, and who is going to iron them.I would have liked a pocket, but I'm not going to mark down for that.

I really like these shorts.They are made form a stretchy technical fabric which also dries very quickly. Great for wicking sweat away or if you've put them int he wash they'll be ready in no time.They are well made with an elasticated band that should also hold them in place due to the material used which is good. Dont want to squat down and show off if you catch my meaning.Size wise they run slightly large but thats fine. Rugby stuff tends too.The logo is discrete but visible and these are an excellent pair of shorts for all round exercise.
