Not my size but a very high quality product.
I ordered the Tranquility 3XL, High Rise, Briefs because I've grown tired and weary of other (name brand and others) such products that range in sizes XL to 2X L that are ill fitting, have inferior adhesive strips and/or tabs and short wing spans. This high rise type, that I couldn't find in my size, fully covers one's bottom. Having said that, The Tranquility 3XL are, too big but I was able to make them fit by adjusting the side panels that stretch very nicely and the wide tabs that have ample adhesive that withstand readjustments. Overall, this is a very high quality product that is expertly tailored with high quality materials. Too bad this product doesn't come in XL to 2XL sizes. Again, a very high quality product!

Adult diapers
Ordered for an obese client as she is mostly bed restricted due to her weight. These diapers are very durable and hold a lot of urine. They do not leak. Very easy to use and she says they are comfortable.

This is It
Tranquility is by far the absolute best in bariatric incontinence it seems the briefs are designed to hold moisture away from the skin and does a great job for bladder issues.I recommend 10 outta 10!!

Often good but quality variable.
Judging by interaction with the manufacturer, the amount of adhesive holding this product together is determined by a person, not a machine, and thus is variable. Too much and the product needs attention when unfolding to determine what sticking-together parts should be pulled apart. Too little and the product falls apart when put on or worn. Just right and it is one of the best of its kind. Absorbent. Good fit even for very large sizes. Should be worn under cotton underwear with strong elastic to keep it from falling down and to catch leaks. I'm reluctantly switching to competing Tena Bariatric due to Tranquility's quality inconsistency after years of buying this product. Perhaps unintended consequence of demand to increase productivity? Those who find Tena gaps in back may prefer Tranquility notwithstanding adhesive issue.

Back to buy a second pack and How to Put them on by Yourself
My new package reads 4-5X. These are certainly bariatric size as advertised. They fit a true 4-5X Queen size. Soft, absorbent even when using "water" pills. These are diapers, not underpants. Affix them lying down as you would diaper a child. Use the tabs to snug them up. They do not leak in bed or in a wheelchair. Buying more. These fit, unlike those supplied in the rehab facility. How to do it by yourself: these are not pants and not pull ups, they are diapers. To do it by yourself, do this: you sit on the bed. You seek the yellow inner side and place it facing UP on your lap. You place the wider end, with the blue tabs by your stomach and the smaller end by your knees. You open the top end completely. You stretch out the long tabs pulling the lengths fully. Pop the adhesions. The widest side with the blue tabs is the top. The opposite side is the bottom. The bottom has no adhesions. Fold the bottom half up toward your stomach. Looking at the yelow pad only, make the top and bottom pad halves meet exactly. Using common sense, stick on the tabs so the diaper becomes "pants." One side, other side. You now have "pants." Put your feet in and pull them up. And most helpful! Secure this with underpants! Underpants on top of diapers. Elastic legs. I balance on the wheeled walker. I put on the diaper first and the underpants second. Have patience with yourself. Hope this helps.
