Amazingly simple
I love the simplicity of this machine. No menus or settings, no pretense - just great tasting coffee. Super easy to clean, small footprint and consistent results every time. Truly a great coffee machine.

Not worth the money in my opinion
It is a nice piece of engineering but it does not in my opinion produce very good coffee also after a week of use it started to leak water, I am afraid it went straight in the box and back to Amazon. I am willing to admit the one I had might just have been a bad one but not worth the extra money.

Best coffee maker
Good for single cup. It doesn't take time to be ready

Look elsewhere. Not worth the cost.
For the price of the Moccamaster you'd expect it to make a much better coffee than it does. While it makes a cup fairly quickly it has a tendency to spray boiling water everywhere during the pour process, and the coffee it makes never tastes very good. Unless you want small, watery coffees: keep looking.

Disappointed
Produces an inferior cup of coffee to that made with a swan neck kettle and a Hario v60 and is 4 times the cost. The pour is directly into the bed and you cannot vary the volume from 300mm. It's all or nothing and has to be refilled after every cup. Not worth anywhere near the £179 it cost.
