Q: I have a batterybackup/surge protector BE750G is thisbattery a replacement?

Yes. That is a definite yes. I just (Feb 2021) used this replacement in my own BE750G and it is working just fine. Cables & battery all fit snugly. It looks & works exactly the same as the old one.

Q: What is the voltage and amperage for this battery?

Based on the size, it appears to be a 5.5Ah battery. It is smaller than the more common 12V 7Ah -2" wide vs 2.5" wide

Q: When i power on the apc be725bb the red led light blinks and it buzz do i need a replacement battery or replace the complete set?

when I put my new battery in it did the same,i unplugged the unit from the wall and then it was all good.I did let it keep beeping for a few minutes thinking it would stop? but unplugging it and then wait 30 sec and plug it back in. worked for me
