Sufix Performance V-Coat 50-Yards Spool Size Tip Up Braid Line

Great strong line. I don't use just for tip-ups, i use on my bait casters catfishing. It is tough, abrasion resistant and surprisingly easy to cast. You will still need to use a steel leader when fishing for something with teeth, but I have had this line hold together through snags and have caught many big fish.

I purchased two tip-ups for ice fishing. This line is color coded white/black in five foot sections. I split the line between the two reels. Very flexible and easy to put on the reels. If you are a game warden reading this review, I caught my permitted limit of five rainbow trout and no more on our day out!

I like the ease of using coated tip up line. Its strong & doesn't TANGLE UP. I mostly fish for Tiger Muskies, and combined w/ a steel leader, I have had no problems...

I just put this line on my beaver dam tip ups and I'm really impressed. The coating makes a big difference in feel and I think it's going to shed water much better.

This is sold as tip up line but has so much memory coming off a bigger spool than a tip up that it looks like a slinky and would take 3-4 ounces of weight to take out the memory so you can fish the proper depth. That would trip the flag on the tip up and you would never be at the proper sounded depth if you are fishing with a slinky for line, once you put it on a small diameter tip up spool it would be much worse. The seller knows this because it costs half of the price of the tip up line to return it, leaving you stuck with worthless line.Do not recommend buying this product

Love it put it on all my tip ups

This line works great. Enough line to fill your tip up spool. Gives you the ability to bury your treble hook into the line for storage and not get snagged in the line. Has a bit of memory but works well.
