4M Green Science Grow a Maze

This product was a ton of fun for my 4th grade students... They were all able to assemble it and plant their bean seeds.. 2 of the 8 samples made it to the top of the maze.. :)

Cool idea but I didn’t realize it didn’t have any seeds or soil.

Wish this was a larger product because the smaller size made for the maze configuration limited. Plus, for my classroom, students fought for viewing space so we had to limit time they could view.

Great for kids as a science project. I wish it came with everything needed. Like the dirt and seeds. I would not mind paying a little more to jave those items included. But the window makes it nice and so you are able to see it all grow.

My son bought this for his Montessori classroom in honor of his 8th birthday. His classmates and teachers really enjoyed the experiment and were able to transfer the seedlings into the school garden. I believe this will be a material they use for a number of years.

I really wanted to like this, which i bought to do with my 2 yr old granddaughter who LOVES plants! I bought used which came with no seeds, not deal breaker as i had prepared for this. But this totally reminds me of some junk plant project you'd find at a dollar store. Which is not worth much more than $1. Price aside-the assembled of this plastic junk was enough for me to want to return it. There is no clear assembly instructions which by looking at it unpackaged didnt seem difficult but let me tell you….nothing seems to really fit or stay. I had to put it aside & will try again another day. For now it just sits in the “to do” pile :(

And interesting kit in theory, was hoping to use this to teach our son more about science. Unfortunately the kit has no bean seeds, no soil, and some harder than expected instructions. Additionally the stand\planter was of a cheap material and was easy to knock over (look out for climbing cats who will already be interested in the plant). It worked, after some missteps, but was not the easy kit that was hoped for. 'C-' Rating.

Such a great gift. It’s messy though. Nothing wrong with that, it’s expected when you have an activity involving soil
