Tastes horrible in a drink but I feel better knowing it will help my skin and nails and bones. So far I will let you know more soon. Knox has been a brand thats been around for years.

I panic-ordered this for a tart recipe for Thanksgiving. The smell of gelatin on its own is horrendous, but miraculously dissipates once solidified. My recipe came out well and was quite the showstopper. The packets are not completely sealed, and my kitchen was covered in a light dusting of gelatin by the time I figured that out. I recommend transferring them to a sealed container. Now I'm not sure what I'm going to do with the remaining twelve packets of gelatin, but I'll figure it out.

I love it, I use it in the preparation of different sweets and I take it on an east to obtain the collagen that helps me improve the quality of my joints and also with my skin.

Great product for everything from making your own Jello w/fruit juice or adding to your homemade yogurt. I haven't been able to find it in grocery stores lately so I bought it on Amazon. Same product with similar packaging to what I used to buy. For example: Gelatine vs Gelatin. Not a big deal, it's the same stuff.

This is the best gelatine I used. I tried different brands, but always had some issues; Knox never failed me. Just follow the steps on the box, and it will work as expected. My experience with any gelatine recipe is that I need to use an extra teaspoonful of gelatine to reach the desired outcome.
