Paper Mate Profile Retractable Ballpoint Pens, Bold Point (1.4mm), Blue, 12 Count

I absolutely adore these pens for their smooth glide on paper and minimal smudging. The bright and legible blue ink is perfect for my original works. Although they seem to mysteriously disappear before I finish one, the ones I do keep last a long time. Moreover, the affordability of these pens is a major plus, and they feel comfortable in my hand. Highly recommend them for anyone seeking a reliable writing companion!

I write a lot , so I go through pens . These write nice and dark blue. Nice ball point size. Good quality pens. Maybe cause I write a lot, but the ink runs out fast. But, I will also say this…never any leaks or pen explosions. Have had that with other cheap brands.

Work very well. No skipping on recycled card stock. The 1.4 mm ball makes legible letters.

It writes great. I.like the glide. But it seems smaller in.length. it feels really short.

Great pen in ALMOST every way. Smooth, no skipping, a joy to write with BUT the "soft, comfort grip" stretches out and starts to kind of deteriorate/decompose over time, not all that much time either. The grip also gets really dirty/gross if it is kept with other pens and/or pencils and you can't clean it as this further deteriorates the material and stretches it out even more, to the point it no longer stays put on the pen. Once this grip starts to stretch out and get filthy it is not long before you end up tossing it in the trash Despite this, I keep buying them, because until that cushion grip gets stretched out and nasty it is the best writing pen I have ever used. I just wish they would reformulate the material used in the cushion grip

These pens are very smooth to write with, leaving a very legible line without the hassle or bleed through of a felt tip pen. Most suppliers have now shifted to stocking only the 0.7 or 1mm nib thicknesses. I don't know if this is a move by Paper Mate or whether there has been a greater shift to fine point, but Amazon was the only place I could source this bold point (1.4mm) where I live. These pens have good longevity and all the other hallmarks of quality you'd expect from a writing implement by Paper Mate.
