The packaging was good provided by HTS however, the delivery company decided to use the package for football practice and areas of the timbers were damaged. HTS had included an extra length of timber in the package so I still had enough after removing the damaged areas. I sent them an email which was answered within the hour. So good customer service as well. I will purchase more wood in the future via desertcart and the first place I will be looking is Henshaw Timber Services. Well done Five star all the way.
