Morgan does not stand behind their products

I purchased a retro tricycle for my one year old. Being a classic car builder, I always want extra parts. I ordered two extra replaceable headlights. Just in case. My daughter accidentally broke the original headlight. I went to my extra lights, to find out both were defective. So I have been contacting Morgan for almost 4 months, with NO help. Morgan has insinuated I broke them, or that I am too incompetent to install it. After all this time, I am aware that Morgan hasn't been honest, and have no intentions of replacing my defective headlights. I want anyone and everyone to buy a tricycle from someone other than Morgan. Other than lies, you will never get satisfaction from them. Thanks. Jim
