Best muffin tin, you won't be disappointed!
Needed to replace my current "non-stick" muffin tin as it wasn't cutting it when baking egg based, savory muffins in it. I own some other bakeware pieces of this brand and have been very happy with them, so got this muffin tin for baking my egg bites and such. Used it this weekend and was extremely impressed with how well it baked (nice even growing) and released my egg bites, absolutely no "stickage' whatsoever. Very easy to handwash, so the fact that it is not recommended to put it in the dishwasher isn't an issue for me. Love that it's made in America and is a family owned business too. As a retired chef, I believe that for the price, quality and longevity this company's bakeware is the best you can buy!

Worth Every Dollars
I used muffin liners so it was easy to clean. I have not tried baking without liners, so I have no comment on that department. The weight on this pan is hefty unlike the cheaper quality brand. So far no scratches and no rusting, yet.

They are made in USA and great quality
USA pans are the best. Be sure to read directions. NEVER use any spray oil on them. They release beautifully without it and it ruins them if you do use it.
