They got it right this time
I am very fond of Demeyere products and have never been disappointed till I bought the Demeyere Apollo 12.6 Inch Wok (see my review on that). It was a sub Demeyere standard product and I regret wasting my money on it. When this 10.2 inch wok got my attention, it appeared in the picture that they got it right this time. In addition, the size was more reasonable for cooking for two people. I ordered it with the lid (very important if there is a need for retaining the heat) and have used it multiple times for Chinese stir fry. It heats up very well and cleanup is a breeze with the fully extended Silvonix layer. Highly recommend this product.
