DEWALT18V XR Brushless 125mm Sander, Bare Unit, DCW210N-XJ

The media could not be loaded. Needed a cordless sander that won't break a bank and yet to be reliable. Think this ticks it all, it is easy to use, not too noise, has dust collection bag and is not too big. Please note that this does not come with a battery.

Excellent piece of kit from Dewalt. Used for well over a year now with no problems. Takes a bit of stick on various jobs but still sanding on!! Fits onto a dust extractor brilliantly.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Already use this brand for other items. Excellent bit of kit! Perfect for the job I had in mind.

As you would expect at this sort of price and from DeWalt this is solidly made and effective. It feels best balanced when fitted with DeWalt's smaller batteries BUT I get no more than 10 minutes running time from my 1.5Ah batteries. Fortunately I have two and they recharge in around 30 minutes. With my 4Ah battery the run time is much longer but the added weight offset from the body does make it feel a little unbalanced. The supplied dust collector is OK and better than nothing but the accessory to connect to a vacuum cleaner is worthwhile, albeit rather expensive for what it is, as this dramatically reduces the amount of dust in the air. As I already had a couple of cordless tools from DeWalt it seemed sensible to opt for the cordless sander but otherwise, taking into account the cost of a battery (or batteries) and charger I'd have bought a corded sander.

Excellent sander. This adds to my existing dewalt power tools which all use the same 18v batteries. Can't fault its use and reliability.

Excellent tool. Very efficient(sands very quickly). The bag also collects dust well.Light and no lead. Brilliant

Excellent quality, easy to use. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.
