I find this filter best for my air condition/heater unit. The filter's allow air to flow easier through it, rather than others with thicker materials and makes less work for the unit. In fact the people that installed the unit, recommended it.What I don't care for is the metal pieces in it. They catch as one tries to slide it into the filter slot. That is the reason I took one star from the easy to install and sturdiness. But over all, I only use these Flanders filters.

I received 1 box of 12 filters, just like my previous orders. I was given a 3 week window for delivery when I placed the order. I received the filters in less than a week. I have 6 cats. The filters work great. I'll keep ordering them.

Purchased a dozen of these filters for my furnace and the price was right, the quality is great, and so convenient to have them shipped to my home. Comments left by others as to their quality is what sold me. I always read comments. Seller has an excellent product.

There is a lack of quality that comes with the lower price of these filters. They are a bit less sturdy.There is a double layer of thinner filter material which means more airflow and better efficiency. I have no doubt these function perfectly well at filtering the air. Just wish the cardboard frame was a bit more substantial.If like me you don't believe the hype of high cost quick to clog inefficient filters, these are a perfect choice for you.

Ordered these air filters once before... that order was filled by another vendor. This time, "Stock Your Home" filled the order. Just opened the box which contained ONE (1) 16" x 20" x 1" MERV 4 filter. For over $30.00! And, to add insult to injury, it was crushed so badly that I couldn't use it.My previous order contained the correct count of 12 filters, and they arrived undamaged. I suggest NOT buying any filters from "Stock Your Home" unless you want to pay 10 times fair market value for damaged goods.

We can't find these filters anywhere any more. We can find plenty of the more expensive ones but I can't tell that the expensive ones work any better than these. Product is exactly what we need, price is reasonable and I don't have to hunt them down any more!!

I put a couple sprays of a product on these and they work better than the real expensive filters. Easier on the blower and better air flow.

I bought these filters because I have asthma and wanted something more than the $1 filters sold at local hardware box stores. Two weeks into use of the first filter the furnace malfunctioned. It is a NEW 2-year-old system. They put in a new safety cut-off switch and we were fine. Three weeks later another service call. Turns out both calls were because the filter paper swelled up and blocked the air flow from moisture in the air. 40% humidity caused these filters to swell and clog airflow. Went back to the cheap filters and 2 $95 service calls and everything is fine again. Not sure what I will do with the 10 filters I still have from the 12 pak but they won't be going into the system as I can not afford the service calls every three weeks.
