After realising that I’ve been on antibiotics six times in a year and a half and during that time I’ve felt terrible in so many ways, I started to do some research on the effects of too much bad bacteria in the gut. It coincided with my symptoms such as feeling bloated all of the time, changes in bowel movements (feeling like I constantly need!), anxiety, inflamed gums, acne, muscle aches, fatigue, frequent illness and just a general lack in wellbeing. For someone like me who is very active, eats well and drinks plenty water, I couldn’t understand why I felt so crap considering I put so much effort into being healthy. I started taking these a week ago and the changes so far have been amazing. Firstly, I noticed that I was no longer bloated and this was a major problem daily as it caused a lot of pain. After a few days I noticed my acne on my face, neck and back cleared up completely. After a few more days I started seeing an improvement in bowel movements as they became regular and “normal”. Regarding my mental health, I felt calmer and happier, decreased muscle tension in problem areas which was caused by anxiety and a general lift in my mood and attitude. Other changes included no inflammation in my gums, I’m more able to do my workouts as I don’t have achy, tired muscles and feeling more awake throughout the day.I’d like to point out that although I received an email to review the product, this is completely honest and in no way part of a promotion. Honestly, I’m so glad I bought these as the problems I had were starting to worry me. I was going to doctors, speaking to the dentist about my gums and I was even referred to the mental health team. Please give these a go if you’re experiencing any of these problems, I can’t recommend them any higher.

I started to use this supplement after my antibiotics course, I have a very sensitive stomach and I thought I will def have some consequences, but when using these bacteria everything went just perfect and I feel amazing. I cannot guarantee that it was because of this supplement because I have no proof, but I strongly believe that it benefited me a lot! The only thing I would improve is the packaging, the product comes in the bottle, but it is anyways packed in the box as well. In my opinion it is a waste of material, also would be great to have an ability to buy it in higher quantities, for example if I want to buy if for my whole family, I do not need to buy 4 separate boxes and some recycled plastic for the bottle would add a great value from my perspective. To sum up, it is a very great and strong product, I haven't seen other brands having that many millions of different bacteria in on pill, really recommending it!

I've been suffering from chronic constipation for at last 25 years and have been trying different probiotics, cheap and more pricey one. I'm always trying different ones as some brands or purchase don't seem to have any effects and to see what works best. I'm quite surprised, pleasantly, with this probiotics, there are 15 strains in it so it looks like it's working better with my condition. I also have to follow the low FODMAP diet and I've selected those because they are gluten and dairy free. I've been using them for at least 2 weeks and I am starting to be regular in the morning (which is a joy when you suffer from chronic constipation, I know how sad) and I've not had any bloating, I don't look like a pregant woman anymore, my clothes feel more confortable to wear around the waist line. I know we all react differently but these probiotics have made a great difference and providing me with such great relief. In all, very pleased, I will continue to use and buy.

It says twice in the listing that you take 1 a day which is why I bought these... Enough for 60 days and 40 billion in each hit. Now they've arrived the box says take 2 a day and each capsule only has 20 billion in. I'd bought them on the basis each had 40 billion in trusting that more would get to my gut. It's also now double the price I thought. Really frustrating.

Having had Crohns disease for many years, and surgery, I am always looking for ways to manage the unpleasant effects of eating the wrong thing or a flare up. I get by and lead a normal life but before starting these tablets I had experienced a few bad days and probably worn the carpet out having to dash to the toilet so many times in a day. I knew my sysyem was unbalanced AGAIN and researched pro biotics this time. Decided to give these a go. They came super quick.At first I had a day (I was at work), where my tummy or bowel was very noisy and uncomfortable. More than normal. Had to apologise to those I disturbed! Within 48hrs that stopped and wow... what a change. The tablets are definitely working. I no longer rush to the toilet, I feel great and I intend to keep taking them. My skin is better too. Finally something that works. I may reduce to one a day as my system may have slowed a little too much. I will experiment over the next few weeks. Try them, but for at least a week because my body had to adjust and yours may too.

After a break from taking probiotics I noticed my stomach was not feeling well and started having AGAIN issues with bloating, digesting and with my intolerance to lactose and nuts. I didn’t want to order my previous probiotics as I found them too expensive (Garden of Life) so I decided to try these ones. I know it will sound exaggerated but after few hours of taking the first pills I noticed a difference. I’m not saying that everyone will feel the difference after few hours but in my case I felt better after 2-3 hours. Garden of Life too worked well on me and made me feel better after the first pill but Biovita is cheaper and really good quality, and when you take other supplements on top, the bills can get heavy!I have also bought these probiotics for my bf after he had few courses of antibiotics which completely messed up his guts and he told me that he feels better, so I think Biovita is the one.
