Yes buy them!
I’ve working them for 3 months to help me heal with acute Achilles tendinitis. I got walking shoes that slip on with a stretchy sock type top not cute but didn’t bother my tendon, I bought the ice packs that wrap around my feet to lay in bed with ; house slippers with an arch , took glucosamine and tumeric blend, AND then these insoles for walking outside! - and let me tell you. My pain is just about gone. These in combination with everything else definitely helped give me some support and shock absorbency and helped me feel better. I recommend them.

Nice arch support, similar to custom orthotics
Love these. I'm a size 7 running shoe and the XS insert fits perfectly, no need to trim. I have a small heel and moderate arch. These have a small amount of rise in the heel, about 3/8". They are extremely similar to the shape of my custom orthotics that were made for me by a podiatrist 3 years ago (and are now pretty beat-up). These are a tad more cushy than my custom ones. I've tried a few other types of otc insoles and these are the only ones that fit my feet. Only negative is that they are squeaky, but I mainly use them for running so not a big deal. Glad to see they added a slip-resistant coating, because mine are a bit slippery.. the price did go up by about $4 a pair, however. I plan to order another pair regardless.

Good support, but a little wide
These inserts had a good arch and was firm enough for my liking (I dislike the gel types), however they were too wide for my women's size 8 nike tennis shoes. I liked the design, but I wish there was a thinner width available. I wore these for working 10-12 hour shifts at a cash register and was supported all day. Of course, my feet still hurt at the end of the night, but that's because I was working long shifts not the inserts (some people complained about pain). Good for the price though.

Very satisfied
I just bought 2 more pairs of these after being so satisfied with my first pair. I've been having pain in my feet on walking that comes with an age-related loss of the fat pad on the bottom of my feet. I recently tried a pair of Dr Scholl's Work Gel insoles and found them utterly worthless. These, however, feel comfortable and make a huge difference and are holding up well over some time. I'm glad to have found them!

Arch off a bit
Arch isn’t exactly in the best placement. It is a bit forward. Could just be the way it fits my shoe.

cheap unbranded knock offs
This exact insole is sold under a few dozen brand names on amazon ($5-$20), usually this co;or but can be foundin other colors too. Easy to spot becuse of the unique sole and no brand printed on it.The insole itself is decent support for narrower feet. Meant to fit into the mid foot/heel of any shoe men's or women's. So on a mens shoe it will be narrow, your foot will spill over the arch. The fabric used is felt, super slippery and one lost long. These might be ok if you just need cushioning but you can get a real insole for the same price else where

Great support for the money.
I have had to wear inserts for plantar fasciitis for many years. I needed some more for some boots that I had so I tried ordering these. They're very reasonable priced for the amount of support that they give. I do make sure that I buy all of my shoes 1/2 to 1 size larger than I need so that I can wear cushy socks and arch supports in everything.Wearing inserts had totally cleared up my plantar fasciitis but I make sure to never, ever go barefoot.

Good but not 100% comfotable.
They work but they are a little uncomfortable. It is probably because of what they are made of. I have plantar fachsiatis and it is on both feet they are literally torn and I need surgery so these can help but will not suffice.
