IR LED Illuminator Flashlight Zoomable 850nm Infrared Flashlight Night Vision Device for Hunting, Search& Rescue, Military Use.

I use this to supplement my existing night vision security cameras when I'm out in the yard working or need to spot something that the illuminators in the camera just aren't strong enough to reach. the product arrived as described on time and exceeding my expectations.

poor mans night vision. if you buy one of the digital low light night vision cameras they are great out to about 50 feet, after that the built in IR illuminator pans out. that's where this flash light come in, zoomed out it allows camera to see out to at least 250 yards. The only trick is it takes some practice to hold the camera in one hand, flash light in other.

This is for night vision it does not shine a bright red beam.

While cheap, this light fails at the most basic function of an IR illuminator: being fully outside of visible wavelengths. The power-on indicator led is far too bright, resulting in a visible glow, even at a distance.

It has been really good so far. Still testing is capabilities.

Built ok but not that great. I could see about 50 feet but when focused in the beam I was not impressed. I was trying to use this with a sony night shot cam and it was disappointing past 10 feet out doors, Most likely the cameras fault. Would not recommend for hunting or outdoor use. Indoors was fine and lit up the room as the walls helped it out.

I sometimes get wild on uppers and paint my junk with IR paint. Then I run through the streets waving around my IR flashlight. If I'm feeling extra fabulous I also blow a whistle while shooting glow in the dark silly string on people. I think it's time to break out the paint.

Works great, good price. Ran out of juice a little quick.
