Second time buying this!
I have bought this exact same one around two or more years ago. Before buying this one a second time, I had tried another one and that was a Huge mistake!See, with this one you can apply pressure down on it to try and really get the worst parts of the skin of your foot. Even if the skin isVery dry to the point that it's starting to crack (but Not super deep fissures, or bleeding or anything that bad), you can still use this if you are being very careful with it. Just soften it up a bit beforehand and try to get it to start healing first (I like to use one of the creams with a 42% Urea and 2%salicylic acid, Mario Badescu's Elbow and Heel Smoothing Cream, Healthy Feet cream and then use Bag Balm at the end to help "seal" it all, putting thick socks on afterwards). After a few days of doing that, then you can go back in with this callus remover while your feet are dry and get rid of the dried up rough skin. This method has always worked for me. Obviously don't do this if your feet are bleeding. In that case, wait until they are fully healed up and not bleeding. Then you can start using the method above.

Powerful! Did not disappoint.
Fantastic! Went with this because it said it was a stronger engine than competitors. They weren’t kidding! The first setting is about the same as others I’ve had before and then it kicked into overdrive. Runs the battery down a little faster, but worth it for the speed and power in my opinion.

best foot file
this thing is amazing! works best when battery is more charged so while the battery lasts a long time, charge it regardless.

This Does a Great Job with a Few Minor Flaws
I think this callus remover works well and is very easy to use.It comes with a few different heads, 2 very rough, 2 normal, and 1 softer. If you buy this I would suggest you experiment with it and see which one works best for whatever part of the body you're using it on. For example, I used it on my hands the other day because they were extremely dry and flaky and I believe the directions say if you're using it on your hands to start with the softest head. I did but I didn't feel that was working well enough for me so I tried the medium and it worked much better.Speaking of which, I didn't use it for a long time but I could feel a noticeable difference in the coarseness of the head that I had used compared to the one I had not used yet. That makes me wonder if I'm going to go through the heads very quickly compared to another device that costs more money but the heads last longer. That was the first flaw.It is waterproof for some reason that I don't really understand because you're supposed to use this kind of thing on skin that is clean and dry. For best results, you should soften the skin (usually taking a shower is sufficient enough unless you've got really thick calluses) but you are still supposed to dry the skin you're using it on. So while having it waterproof is a nice feature it really is pointless. The device itself is easy to hold and use and it has a simple power button push to start, speed up, and stop function. It also has two speeds though I'm not really sure why it would need that, either. It also comes with a cover for the head you've currently got on the thing, charging cable, and a brush to clean it. (If it's waterproof, why can't we just wash it?)Speaking of the charging cable, it doesn't include an adapter so you can plug it into a wall outlet but considering how so many people have USB devices these days I don't think that should be an issue for most people. You can plug it into a spare adapter you may have (everyone has at least one), a computer, a portable battery pack, or a surge protector/power strip that has USB A ports. It charges pretty quickly and while I haven't used it for a significantly long time, it has yet to die on me while using it. Another minor flaw is that it doesn't use USB C or even Micro USB to attach to the device. Instead, it uses a proprietary cable so make sure you do not lose it. Oh, and there is an LCD display showing you how much battery is left when using it or what percentage it is at when charging. Now as far as the last flaw I think it has: The head only goes in one direction. Skin is a strange thing, sometimes when using something like this if you go in one direction it isn't as effective as if you go in a different direction. Using my hands again as an example, I was holding it upright with the head facing up and it wasn't working too well. I am not sure why but I thought I would try to hold it differently and go at it from an upside down kind of position and it made a world of difference. I think this is because (and I'm not a dermatologist so I could be wrong but...) I think human skin is kind of scaly on a microscopic level. It usually isn't visible but sometimes if the skin is very dry or has some kind of condition like eczema or psoriasis it may become more noticeable. I know this because I used to have eczema on my face a very long time ago.Anyway, the points I'm trying to make are if it had more durable heads, didn't need a specific cable to charge, and it went in either direction when using it, then it would have earned 5 stars. Because these aren't major issues it is getting 4.

Great quality, highly efficient!
This is my third electric callus remover, and I'm so glad I went with this brand. It feels much more sturdy and of higher quality than the ones I previously owned. It seems to hold a charge much longer as well. The only downside (it was the same with the other two I owned) is the charging port. I don't understand why it can't just be a USB-C port so we don't need a separate cord to charge. This would make it a lot easier!

One of the BEST callus removers I have ever owned! Better than my old one...
I'm over 65 and retired, and always had very dry cracked heels.. I go barefooted a lot, always have and my feet are pretty rough at times. I've used all kinds of callus removers over the years but this type works best for me. My old one, I'd had for YEARS worked 'Ok' but it got to where it wouldn't hold a charge and I could not reorder the rollers.. guess they didn't make them anymore..I was looking for a new rechargeable unit to replace my old one that didn't work and more and boy was I tickled at how well THIS one worked. And.. it has multiple replacement heads.. a plus for me because I use them up probably faster than most people. The first time I used it.. I swear there was powdery skin flying off my heels. I learned years ago to put an old towel under my feet or be prepared to clean the floor when I'm done! I could not believe how much dry skin came off the first time I used it.. and how much better my heels looked and felt! I put some good foot lotion on my feet and a pair of socks for the night.. and in the morning I was so pleasantly surprised that my heels still felt soft and not scratchy! This callus remover did both feet and still had plenty of power to spare! It is much better than the older one I bought and well worth the price in my opinion. I have always had rough, dry feet and calluses that sometimes hurt when they get thick. They were so bad that I had at one time resorted to trying to cut them off and was going to see a foot doctor to get help. Using the callus remover on a regular basis, and some good foot cream, has definitely helped this old lady take better care of her old feet! I'm very happy with the product, it is made well and easy to use, delivered quickly and does what I needed.. it's all good.. thanks!
