Do these come frozen?

Yep. They came frozen in a box with a block of dry ice.

do these come sugared? Are they ok to put in microwave to to warm them?

No, they don't come sugared. I bought cinammon sugar to coat them with it. I spay them a little with out and put them in airfryer for 7-8 min in 390F.

Are there directions how to cook them?

Yes on the exterior of the box there were directions. I would cut it out send then store with the churros. They were in bags that I found easier to store than the box.
