Not as good as other books
I have bought multiple books on ISO 9001 and QMS at the same time. Of them all, this book was the hardest to digest while also containing the least content.There were a couple of things I did learn from this book, but I still overall recommend against getting this if you really want a comprehensive QMS book and you are new to the field. Despite the title, this book is not practical for establishing a QMS. The information in this book is pretty dated, too.

QMS as a critical component of a successful business model
One of the best QMS books I’ve read. Authors offer a really nice template for assessing your organizations effectiveness and continuous improvement per ICHQ10 and ISO models integrated with BPM. Very few companies have achieved an integrated QMS as a key component of their business model. Highly recommend this book to all Pharmaceutical Quality Professionals.
