Dry? Buy it now!!!
I've had a hysterectomy. I'm in menopause and experience vaginal dryness. It is horrible. People I'm around don't talk about and share what happens in this part of the menopause journey so I had no clue what was happening. I found myself applying vaseline around the outer area like a baby because I was chaffed. I could feel it when I walked. I knew something wasn't right down there. As much water as I drink, I also noticed an odor. Well, the algorythims ran this product accross my feed apparently from the research I was doing. I got it and found Replens to be a great remedy! This is like putting a match in water and hearing that psst sound of the fire being put out! No sound of course but if you can imagine that you know what I'm talking about. Instant relief from the dryness. You'll realize you've exhaled! I see there are several products, all at higher price points that I may explore later but THIS product works. You can use it every 3 days. I find it works best to insert at night. The box comes with 8 applications and the price is amazing for the amount of product and the relief you get. It is easy to insert and comes in individually wrapped applicators. The moisture helps the libido ladies! I recommend.

Great for nostrils too.
I got this for my poor hoo ha and I use it there but not with the applicator I just use my finger. I use estrogen cream up there too so I do not like to mix too much of that, If I get irritated I just put some on my finger and smear it around and it seems soothing. If you are irritated or raw it can sting a little at first. Anyway mainly I wanted to come here because I discovered it’s great for the inside of my nose too. Every winter the inside of my nose is raw full of scabs and just generally miserable. I have tried many things but this stuff works. I figured if it could work for one mucous membrane why not another and I do not stick it up far at all just the inside area where I can reach with a finger. I started smearing it around in there every couple days and Im more comfortable. There are stilll some rough areas but the moisture makes them not crack and bleed and I’m hoping over time it will allow it to heal.

Helps but…
I am 4 months post partum and breastfeeding and it has made me dry during intimacy which is so embarrassing. So I decided to try this it did help however it creates like clumping discharge. From reading other reviews others mentioned this but said it gets better. I used it the first time it wasn’t so bad the next time a little more, the third time after intercourse their was so much white clumps it was embarrassing. I was more wet though. It did seem to help me get back on track however I only used it 3 times I’m to scared to use it any more.

It Actually Works
This really works at providing long lasting moisture. It lubricates, stays in place and never gushes out. I was skeptical and used a a different product first (Bonafide’s “Reveree”) and I’ve found Replens to be a much better product. Bonafide’s product is more in a paste form, doesn’t seem to work, while Replens is more lubricant/liquid form and actually provides relief. So, yeah, I’d recommend!

Neutral
I’m not sure how I feel about this. I am in my late 30s but had a hysterectomy in my 20s. Ever since then I have had to have several pelvic floor surgeries and now am already premenopausal. So with all those factors I do have to find creative ways to combat the dryness but also be careful not to upset my ph balance. The first time I used this it was before bed and didn’t end up being intimate with my husband that night. It seemed to be soothing and provide some relief but didn’t really last very long since by the next day I was already uncomfortable again. But it says to use every days and I thought maybe after a few uses then it would start to be more effective. I used it again a couple nights later and that night my husband and I did do the deed within a couple hours of me applying it. I was pretty shocked to see afterwards that he had thick white clumps all over him from me. It kind of freaked me out bc when I was going through some of my previous prolapses this would happen because of scar tissue and the prolapse blocking things from being able to natural cleanse itself out of me. Fortunately I have been with my husband for 15 years and through all kinds of stuff so he let me inspect it a little bit to see what the. I was worried I could have some kind of yeast infection (which I never get) and it was unsettling. So I remembered I used this and came to read the reviews and seen that many other people have had this same issue. That was a relief but I don’t think I will be using this again if I know I’ll be having sex. I know the lubrication wasn’t even much better. If anything it seemed to make it a little more on the rough end because of the clumping. So I recommend if your going to use this, use it away from that. I’ll keep using the product I have left and see if it helps replenish me. I’ll update if anything changes. I honestly recommend looking up dr. Anna Cabeca’s products. Idk if I am allowed to recommend a specific product in a review for another product but there is a cream that is specifically made for vaginal dryness. After dealing with this for years, I discovered her product several years ago. It is very pricey but it is the only thing I have been able to find that truly works. There has not been a suitable substitute after many many products I have tried that are less expensive. It’s well worth the money in my opinion especially after wasting so much money on failed products.

No complaints--only benefits!
I have been using twice a week for the past 6 weeks. The applicator is no more uncomfortable than inserting a tampon with a cardboard applicator--it helps if you rotate it while gently inserting. I use it right before going to bed. I have not had any unexpected discharge, and it's definitely helped relieve vaginal dryness (I'm 57). I hope this helps others who may be unsure about trying this product.
