WeiHe Underwater Shutter Trigger Extension Lever Accessory for Diving Tray Underwater Housing Case

I really like this trigger extension but the design needs some work. After taking a few pictures the screw that hold the trigger would loosen up and then you were unable to take pictures using it. We tried multiple times to get the screw to stay tight but after several times of working the trigger (on land) it would just start unscrewing the screw that holds it. I hope they redesign this and fix the problem because I would definitely purchase again if it works!

It appears well made. I will have to either return it or modify the trigger or my tray handle ball. They didn't state that it did but I saw some more expensive ones come with screws. Even if I make modifications I will need longer stainless steel screws. I'm afraid they all might be the same cut so either way I might have to modify. I will update once I decide what direction I go in.Update: I took a small file to the base of the ball and picked up a couple longer M5-0.8 screws at Lowes. So far seems to work well. Ready for my dive to test this out. I use this with a TG5 and the adjustments were easy to make.

I have a Kraken Sports TG-6 underwater housing with a Kraken Sports dual handle tray. This is the perfect way to be able to reach all the controls and still be able to comfortably handle the camera. The color of the product is different than the picture online but it functions as I expected.

I should have read the comments first ! It's very well made and seems to work with the regular Seafrogs housing but not the Salted Line versions....darn it ! I do see someone has 3D printed the correct length arm on a scuba chat board.

Does not fit Seafrogs Salted Line housing with Kit Dive tray for a6500. The red arm that extends to the shutter button is way too long with this camera tray set up.

Good solid aluminum quality item. 3 way adjustable and easily connect to housings trigger.
