Q: How do you change the nozzles?

Plug in the power and start heating for about 1 minute, then remove the original nozzle using mini spanner that comes along with (DO NOT USE YOUR HANDS IT'S VERY HOT) and replace it with the new one.

Q: what is the glue stick diameter range that work with this gun?

Standard large (1/2” // 11mm) diameter hot glue stick

Q: How do you add an on/off switch ?

Well it doesn’t have one if thats the question. I usually turn down the heat if i am needing it on but not wanting it to drip. You could plug it into a power strip that has an on/off switch, though you would have to wait for it to heat up each time

Q: Can you buy the nozzles seperatley?

You can buy a set of 18 nozzles that fit. From Boswell via Amazon. Some are duplicates of the original 6 that come with the gun.
