Great mylar bags
I love the size and multi uses for these bags, I love that they stand up when I am filling them, I love that they zip closed and they are perfect for my freeze dried meal pouches, just rip open at the tabs and add boiling water, reseal with zipper seal and let sit oil ready ,eat right out of the bag. Also good for dried fruit and other snacks... I have gone through hundreds of these and always order again and again.

Sometimes difficult to zip, which I do after adding the oxygen absorber, until I heatseal. Otherwise pleased.

Much thicker than I expected.
Very happy with these bags. Much easier to fill bags up when they have the gusset to Stand up, and they also hold more. The zipper means that can drop in o2 absorbers in all the bags quickly, squeeze extra air out, then heat seal with out rushing. The zippers of course are also great for later resealing. I will reorder these bags.

better than I expected
SO far I have done about 10 packs of these with items like beans and lentils. Each holds 1 lb. easily and the they seal easily with an iron on a high setting. Much thicker material than I was expecting and the zip lock works great. As for people who say they don't hold the advertised amount.... they perhaps did not realize that the bottom is gusseted. Pull the bottom flaps open a bit and put your hand inside to push the bottom panel out. This expands the bottom and allows the bag to stand on its own. I already had O2 absorbers, but recommend the 100 - 150 cc size if you need to purchase them.

I like the pop out flat bottom. They will stand up during filling.

I did not like the fact that I re-ordered them a few times and each time it said they came with oxygen absorbers. Each time they showed up with no oxygen absorbers.
