Faulty but late to return
I ordered this product in preparation for when I run out of the one I was using. So now that I need to start using it, it turns out it is faulty and unfortunately it turns out to be faulty. It is impossible to get the cream out when pumping. I tried a lot to no avail. It is a complete waste of money since the return window is closed. I wanted to replace so I would appreciate it if the seller can contact me to resolve the issue.
