If You Read & Enjoyed Sliding Into Home by Kendra...
Then there is a very good chance you'll appreciate this book. I personally love both, but this book actually had a deeper impact on me than Kendra's Sliding Into Home (merely bringing it up for comparison sake), because I could relate to various experiences, from the fallout of her parents divorce to trying to find yourself. I was pretty sure I would enjoy it after previewing it on Amazon, and I wasn't mistaken. Before purchasing it, I couldn't help but notice a lot of people complaining about the lack of editor, if you're used to reading books on Kindle (including Fifty Shades of Grey) then it shouldn't bother you too much . Perhaps I should be embarrassed because I didn't notice many at all, did we all read the same book? Ah well.About the book, as mentioned it's short (80 pages, come on chica!) and a real page-turner, I read the whole thing in a day, and I'm a fairly slow reader. There are touches of immaturity in parts of the book, but it's relatable to those of us who aren't too far removed from our adolescence, at least emotionally/mentally *raises hand*. If you love gossip, her youtube channel and have attention deficit disorder this will become one of your favorites lol. All joking aside it's a short yet meaningful book, I related to quite a bit, she's beautiful on the outside and apparently on the inside as well. All in all, I give it a 5 out of 5 stars.BTW To those actually interested in the book, I say this with no bias, please check for Amazon-Verified purchases, because there are a lot of fans & "haters" (taters gonna tate lol) posting false reviews, thanks!

I actually really enjoyed this book
I am not a Trishloved fanatic or anything - and I really was interested in her life and why she is the way she is. I didn't even notice the spelling errors and grammatical errors in the book. Sure, this book won't win "New York Times Bestseller" award, but it doesn't mean it's not a good book. I could hear Trisha's voice as I was reading the book and I enjoyed that. She was so open about her life, and her past, and I just thought it was so juicy and fun! It's like reading a tabloid of a celebrity - I love hearing about all the details of her life and the things she has gone through. If you want to know about why she is the way she is... read the book! it's an easy but enjoyable read!

Not That Bad
I actually semi-enjoyed the book. It is not as bad as some people are saying. I think a lot of these negative reviews are based upon the fact that they may not like some of the author's videos. But anyway, I think this was a good effort for a first memoir. I, too, grew up in a very small town with a religious family and my town was even more close-minded than the town described here, so I can somewhat identify with some of her struggles. I only wish she had went deeper into the stories and added some of the more juicy details, which seems to have been left out. I know it's hard to reveal those type of things, but those risque details are what keeps people interested and makes stories stand out amongst all the other memoirs out there. As far as the grammar and style everyone is commenting on... I'm sure if she continues to write books, she will improve and will possibly have money to hire an editor. You can't expect a first attempt at writing and a non-edited book to be perfect. The author doesn't claim to be an excellent writer and nor does she claim this is the next great American novel. It's a memoir by a normal girl who typed it up on her computer.. so I'm not sure what people were expecting? She just wanted to get her story out there and that's what she did. If all of you think you can do so much better and write a grammatically perfect book, then go write it. Otherwise I don't think you should criticize her for something that you won't even attempt to do. I personally like the fact that it is raw and real, not tampered with by editors. However, I do feel the errors on the back cover of the book are an exception and are something that should have been fixed. These are very obvious errors and I really believe the reason for the mistakes on the back cover are from not even trying to proofread it.My only real negative about the story is it seems like the author was trying to convey a 'poor me' message, which is really annoying. But I did enjoy most of her story and I hope to see a longer book next time... perhaps some more details into the stripper diaries?

Hello Fishies! If your a true Trisha Fan you should read this, its not a frilly bio-read, its real insight into what started out the Youtube girl crush you know you have. This was her first book, and I wont spoil it for anyone, it's worth the read. Its small enough to grab and go, throw in a commuter bag, have a quick read on a lunch break. Worth the read! If you don't know Trisha P, you should, she can defiantly give some perspective and light on life in general.

amazing
I bought your book yesterday and finished it today! Trisha, you inspire people by being yourself by sharing hard times like that must be hard & it lifts me up to read about lives because I am a writer myself. I've been watching you on YouTube for years and you entertain, inspire and continue to strive as a better person. We make mistakes, that's what makes us Human but, only ourselves can control our actions in getting where we need to go.
