Best ever thickened balsamic vinegar…use it on everything!
As good if not better than the $100 brand…pours thick onto anything you want to use it on…from grilled salmon to salads…best I have ever used! Salmon fillets, heavily seasoned with ground paprika, orange marmalade thickly covering each piece to retain moisture and add a bit of citrus to your bite, baked at 400 for 25 minutes in a foil lined dish for easy removal with a spatula to leave the skin on the foil as you choose, served with various potato sides, wilted spinach and sautéed pineapple cubes, and finally drizzled with this vinegar…my husband’s favorite weekly meal!

Exceptional - the Due Vittorie Oro balsamic is an Elixir of the Gods!!!
I received the Due Vittorie Oro Gold Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar as a gift about a year ago (fall 2023). Absolutely exceptional: thick, rich, flavorful - just wonderful. The Due Vittorie will make it difficult for you to again suffer through the thin, watery stuff found in grocery stores and on the tables of too many Italian restaurants. Admittedly, it is expensive, about $40 for two bottles. But it is sooo worth the price. If you are concerned about the two-pack, give the second bottle to a friend, who will truly appreciate the gift, and your thoughtfulness. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Best Balsamic
Absolutely delicious. Love the thickness of the Balsamic, not watery like some. This with a good Olive Oil, you’ll be eating more fresh greens for sure.

Excellent taste and quality
Nice sized bottles, thick and delicious. I use it for salads and to drizzle or cook with it and it lasts a long, long time. I got 2 because I am giving the 2nd one as a hostess gift. I highly recommend!

Truth in labeling
When you receive the item, you will notice that the label does not claim its white balsamic. I bought it specifically to be a white balsamic vinegar. It’s still a pretty good vinegar just not the balsamic flavor.

Better than I expected.
Exactly what I was hoping for and more. Firstly, the package was well wrapped. The bottle and the pour spout (individually wrapped) came in a box with plenty of wrapping (pic above). As far as consistency, I tested 3 different types by smearing them (pic above). The left is a smear of a concentrated balsamic reduction/glaze. I use it in caprese salads and such. The right is a less expensive table balsamic vinegar, which ran as soon as it was poured which means less concentrated and very vinegar-y in taste. I use it in regular salads with evoo. The middle smear is of this product. As far as the taste, it is definitely better than the table balsamic vinegar and the balsamic glaze which I am guessing it's because of the better ingredients. The consistency is actually a good combination of both. Closer to the glaze but the taste is a nice combination of both with a better quality taste of ingredients. I will be making a caprese salad tonight and testing it out.
