The bag I received did not have the straps to carry as a back pack as stated in the product description and pictures. This is the reason I purchased this bag. I could of purchased a cheaper style without the straps had I not wanted one with them. Size and quality seem good. Just wanted the style with the ability to carry as a back pack.

This backpack / gym bag has plenty of room for an adult Gi 16 oz gloves for Muay Thai extra rash guard shirt/shorts and towel I use one of the side pockets for my cell phone mouthpiece and wallet and still have plenty of space good strong material well built
