I need a time capsule for a ground breaking ceremony and I am so glad I found this in Amazon.It is made of stainless steel, looks very sturdy and durable, big enough to hold documents and mementos and provided with a silicon gasket to make it water proof when sealed shut using the screws provided. Would definitely recommend this to others. Very good value for money.

Used for a grief recovery tool and everyone who saw it remarked a the design and perfect size for honoring someone who has died. The silicone gasket gives an air and water tight seal to assure products inside are protected.

It looks really good quality. Came with all the tools, even some white gloves. All screws are included and nothing is missing.I guess we will see about the quality if someone opens it in 100 years or so. Maybe, if Amazon still exists in 100 years, someone can update the review, lol. It obviously won’t be me. I am excited about it and wished I thought of this sooner.

This item arrived promptly, as pictured and described. I haven't put it together yet. There is a package of screws with no instructions so it must be easy. After handling the cylinder I found the gloves! So I wiped off the fingerprints and put the gloves on for handling. The container is a sleek silver beauty. It's not big so select your items carefully--the web has lots of ideas. I took off one star because both lip ends of the container and covers are razor sharp. Thick gloves and gentle sandpaper on all 4 edges fixed this perfectly--didn't want to find a finger in there later! I'm giving as a birthday gift to my grown son, and including some interview sheets for him and his family. I think he as well as his girls will love this gift.

I was surprised this was not more than it was. Very nice product, quality for sure. You can't go wrong if this is the type of item you are looking for, like I was for my daughter and her boyfriend.

This is exactly like it looks. It can fit a lot inside. Very east to put together.

The price and quality. I guess that it might not survive a building collapse. We put it in the brick base of a statue.

Very impressed with the construction and the quality, however one of the twocontainers I purchased, had a slight bend in the rim, might be okay and I will trysoft persuasion with a rubber mallet, as advertised all parts are stainless steel andthe walls and lids of thee container are of a thicker gauge stainless steel than Ithought they would be, 4.5 stars !
