Rain BirdLG3HE In-Ground Impact Sprinkler with Click-N-Go Hose Connect

Five star review, this the first day of installation despite not being able to find any warranty information from the manufacturer's website. Purchased the Asurion (?), two year protection package - just in case.The device serves my purpose and the instructions are in English.Be prepared to take a shower when changing the directional settings as (to the best of my knowledge) you can only adjust the spray coverage when the sprinkler head pops up.

With some pex / npt adapters and 1/2 pvc irrigation hose, I was able to separate the hose connection from the sprinkler by a 20 ft; and with a splitter, I was able to install a second rain bird pop up sprinkler.I highly recommend using plumber's seal tape for every connection. That's what I did, and it tested with zero leaks.

I don't normally leave reviews but this in ground sprinkler is amazing. We have flood irrigation for our yards, which after years has eroded several spots to make hills and valleys in our grass. We wanted to go with in ground sprinklers but the price tag was a bit out of range. Enter in this little piece of heaven. I was concerned that it wouldn't cover my large backyard and I would need several but this thing has a lot of range, so much that I had to cut it back because it was flying over my roof! 1 more than covered the grass space in my backyard and now I want one for the front. (My backyard grass area is about 75x50 ft for reference). I'm so happy about this purchase!

This is a great alternative to in ground sprinklers, but also a great alternative to above ground. Here’s the deal- you have to plug your hose in to each sprinkler still. The nice thing about it is that you don’t have to determine if you’re “in the right spot” or how to adjust your coverage area. You can measure the coverage on your lawn, dig these in, and click in your hose every time you want to water. It saves to much time and effort and is significantly cheaper and easier than an in ground system.

This is such a great idea! They are easy to install. The quick couplings for the hoses make connecting the water very easy. Very good spray distance. I actually had to adjust a couple of my sprinklers down in distance. They are easily adjustable for distance and in rotation to fit just about any yard. They pop up to water the yard and drop back down out of sight when not in use. These sprinklers are an all around great answer for those of us who don't have an in ground oscillating sprinkler system to be able to install one easily.

The media could not be loaded. I’m really happy with this sprinkler. We run on city water and it’s spraying close to the full distance advertised. It was quick and pretty easy to bury per the instructions. The quick connect works well and doesn’t leak. I am planning to buy 3-4 more to fill cover our front yard. Hopefully they last several years including cold Michigan winters!Update - we have 3 of these and they worked great the first summer and after the winter they started up and worked fine this year. One thing that I don’t like is that all of the green covers have eventually gone missing. I think the lawn mower sucks them up and destroys them. But even without the cover I’ve had no issues.Update after two years. Still working great. They easily survive Michigan winters even with the covers gone. I have three and they all perform perfectly.

The media could not be loaded. I got this as a gift in 2021 but never installed it until 2022. It works okay, leaks a little bit. Please ignore the lids condition, my dogs got to the lid when they were young and immature puppies. In the video, you can see my quick connect hose adapter I had sitting around. It doesn’t leak. Somewhere, there is a fitting that isn’t sealed enough, so it leaks I assume.Quality is okay, adjustment of spray distance is easy, but the angle is difficult. They are quite noisy as well.I would recommend it if it’s gonna be in the middle of the yard due to the way it leaks.
