I have never liked sleep masks. Never got the appeal, they slip off and still let light in. And to stop that, you have to make them so tight that the band looses it's elasticity.Not with this one. None of that. This mask is fantastic. I do not use it every night, only the times my eyes won't stay shut or some light is bothering me and it's incredible. It doesn't just do it's job of blocking all light and staying on my face, it's also super comfortable, the fabric is nice and soft and cool to the touch.

I bought this eye mask as a gift for my husband, who is sensitive to light and sound. He pairs it with earplugs, and the mask does an excellent job of holding them in place. The cushioned design is soft, comfortable, and stays securely on his head through the night. The strap is smooth and doesn’t tug on hair, making it great for long-term use. I even gave it a try myself and found it stayed in place well, even for restless sleepers. The quality is impressive for the price, offering great value for money. Overall, it’s a thoughtfully designed product that can be adjusted, it has improved his sleep and made bedtime much more peaceful. Highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort and light-blocking efficiency!

Quite possibly the best mask I've ever owned. The size is wide enough to extend to my forehead. It covers my ears, which blocks some sound. The material is super soft cotton, breathable & easy on the eye area. I've owned multiple brands, including "Bucky". This mask is everything! The adjustable velcro band is easy. The quality of this sleep mask is A+.

QUALITY/MATERIAL/FEELThe quality is overall very good. The material is soft and plush. It feels like a thin cotton blend with some minimal cotton padding so is a little thicker relative to the common thin silk eye masks. Because it's medium thick, you may feel extra material at the back of your head from where the layers overlap and double at the velcro closure. I don't feel it much when sleeping on my back on a full plush pillow with no issues side sleeping. Also, it's medium thickness feels good in a cushioning kind of way but it can make you slightly warmer. If you're sleeping in a colder room than you'd like in the winter, that's a big plus. It's a minus if your AC is down and it's already a little hot/humid.SIZE & FITIt has enough velcro length to fit up to an XL head. Fits my head but barely with just enough velcro overlap. I would say I have an XL+ head so this will work for 95% of the adult heads out there. It's a tall mask which I like. It helps to block out more light. I got the non-nose pad version which does leak a tiny amount of light unless placed perfectly. It's fine unless you're sleeping outside in daylight.Overall, I highly recommend this for functionality and value. I also have thinner silk eye masks which are fine. This seems to be higher quality overall even if it's made from a less luxurious material.

I have been sleeping with masks for over a decade now. Recently purchased this one for a change of style. It’s super comfortable and soft. It blocks the light quite well, and the Velcro secures it in place for the night. Highly recommend

LOVE this soft, breathable, and comfortable sleep mask. It has great coverage. Covers my ears as well, dampening noise just slightly, and came with ear plugs, which I’ve not yet used. It is great for back and side sleeping. Buying a few more, so I always have a fresh one. I use it to block early morning sunlight and also to keep my eyes from drying out at night. It works great for both.

Update January 13, 2023: after a few more months with this mask I have decided to update my review with some additional thoughts. Everything new will be designated with the * character. However, my initial rating of 3 stars will not change.I have had issues falling and staying asleep for my entire adult life, and I’ve tried a dozen different sleep masks. I’ve been using this sleep mask for six months now, and while I enjoy it enough to keep using it for the time being, I have some issues with it. That is to say, if I find something better, I will not hesitate to leave this one behind.Pros:1. The material is very soft and comfortable. I never had a problem with scratching or chafing anywhere. This is the most comfortable eye mask I’ve ever worn. * I’ve tried silk masks that are genuinely less comfortable than this one.2. No elastic band keeping the mask in place means nothing cutting or digging into your ears. * The light pressure of the mask wrapping around the ears might be really nice for some people - I definitely like it.3. Velcro strap is adjustable for heads of all sizes. * The velcro is also pretty wide so it’s easy to line up and has worked well (lots of sticking) the entire time I’ve had the mask.* 4. The nose wing is narrower than I’ve seen on other masks, which means that it does block out a lot of light that might otherwise get in through the bottom.Cons:1. The mask does not provide a true blackout. Bright enough light (any kind of sunlight, including pre-dawn and post-dusk) will still get through the materials and into your eyes. With your eyes closed this effect is noticeable depending on the amount of ambient light, and some people may find this to be a major detractor.2. The Velcro strips are not placed well on the fabric. What I mean is that with the mask fitted tightly, the velcro strips will only overlap about 10-15%. If you overlap the strips perfectly, the mask would almost certainly not fit anyone. I don’t have a really small head or anything so all the wasted velcro real estate strikes me as a design flaw. This has a side effect of leaving a long tail on the mask of unused velcro area that flops around.3. Slipping off overnight. I will still often wake up in the middle of the night and have to grope around in the dark for my mask, which has come off due to my tossing and turning. My restless sleeping is clearly a personal problem to begin with but the fact is the mask rarely stays on my head overnight.* 4. The lack of a black color option strikes me as a mistake. Being colored black might indeed help the mask to block out more light than the gray color.Notes:1. You have to wash this thing at least once a week or more to keep it clean. It absorbs face/skin/hair oil like mad and stains quite easily.2. The material will stretch over time with repeated use. This has certainly contributed to some of the problems I outlined above, but longevity of a product is a valid parameter to consider in a product. If you have a small head, you might have to buy a new mask within six months. * I have had to buy a new mask at this point because of the aforementioned reason. The velcro strips simply do not align anymore for me to wear the old mask at all tightly. I can wear it loosely but then it just slips right off.* 3. The mask does not offer any kind of noise reduction or anything. This is not advertised as one of the features so this wouldn’t count as a con in my book.I give it 3/5 for being very comfortable and having a good idea for a design despite that design being flawed and the material not providing a total blackout as I had hoped.

This work out just perfect. Just did a 9 hr flight. Very soft, 0 light came in, never came off. I will definitely use them every time I sleep on a airplane and or try to sleep at home during the day.
