I never leave reviews, but I just had to leave one - I've been wasting so much money on Zrytec all these years. My mind is blown. If I go 2 days without Zyrtec, uncontrollable itching occurs. To the point where I can't sleep. I've been taking this item for over a week now, and there's absolutely no difference. Meaning, this is just as great as Zyrtec for a WAY insanely better price.
