This is a very basic and cheap chest-harness that serves the purpose very well. For those nature lovers & bird-watchers who find a freely dangling binoculars, very uncomfortable around the neck, as also, find it susceptible to damage due to knocks and bumps, this kind of a chest-harness is required.
