Perfect for hanging on a pullup bar
As I'm still trying to recover from a torn labrum and a shoulder impingement, I wanted to do some extended period hanging from a pull-up bar. I've been doing it with my hands as long and often as possible, but the problem is I can't get past one minute at my age. These gloves are very well made and well priced for the quality. They hooked onto my pull-up bar perfectly and immediately allowed me to hang for 4 minutes. They're a bit stiff when initially putting the straps in place, however, I'll assume over time that will loosen up. To have this level of sturdiness, stiffness is necessary. The velcro holds very well, too. While I don't at this time have the need for these for weight-lifting, I would trust that they will work for that too when and if I get to start back up. I highly recommend these!

Great value, well made
This was the perfect affordable solution for a busted hand! After a ligament strain in my right hand, I was unable to grip weights without pain. The hook took the pressure off my injury and has allowed me to get a workout in! It worked great for cables, dumbells, and overhead press with a kettlebell. I didn't try swinging anything because that sounds like a disaster waiting to happen but it definitely helped for my situation. The strap seems to be well made and solidly stitched. I think it will last through the duration of my injury without any problem. And the price is fantasic! Very happy with my purchase.

Back day necessity
I like the fit and sturdiness. Great construction. It would be five stars if the hook was just a little bit wider. I need to wrap all of my fingers over this grip, but there is barely room for three of my fingers. Still: excellent product!

These are hand savers!
Prefect for RDLs, deadlifts.. anything where you need to suspend weight over the ground. My only gripe is that I have the world's tiniest wrists and these (and I'm sure every other brand) are just a little too loose when tightened completely. So I have to be careful where the wrist part digs into my hand when I'm pulling anything higher than 60. But I knew that was going to be an issue and I'm just happy that I can lift more than double what I could without these. Haven been using them three times a week for I think six months now and they're still in great condition.

Great product, Great Price. What else would you want?
A weight lifter buddy of mine recommended these to me. I borrowed his for a couple workouts. I liked them so much that I bought my own pair. I use these mainly for my heavier pronated grip deadlifts 300 lbs and higher and also for burnout hanging leg lift sets of 30 reps or more. I like them for anything where I don't want my grip to become the limiting factor for that particular exercise or set. They are really solid sturdy, comfortable and yet inexpensive. Another cool thing is that the metal hooks have a thick coating so they don't mar up the bar knurling. Great product, Great Price. What else would you want?

It's alright.
It's alright of a product. i use these for pulling motions (seated row, lat pull downs, deadlifts). Because often my grip will give up even if I could do a couple more reps. I'd say this helps banging in 3-5 more reps. You still have to grip the hook, otherwise the weight will pull the wrist portion super tight onto your wrists and that's no bueno. Also, smells like rubbing alcohol x10 for the first 2 weeks.

Solid craftsmanship, strong Velcro, padded wrist straps, rubber coated hooks. Lowest price.
The Jayefo Power Weight Lifting Training Wrist Support Hooks satisfied my every need when needing a hook based strap for select equipment in the gym. Specifically, and as showcased in my video attached, I use them primarily on the High Row Machine and when doing Smith Machine Bent Over Row Exercises. These are solid width rubber coated metal hooks (not the two prong) version. The prong versions I've had a problem of skin being pinched when adjusting the grip. Not here. Solid grab. The strap around the wrist is strong and durable feeling. There is enough padding under the buckle portion of the wrist straps so the buckle doesn't gouge you wrist area. The size is not an issue. If you need to shorten them, just tighten up on the wrist strap. Loosen the wrist strap if you need more reach. Overall, and especially for the price, these weight lifting hooks are good to go!

Not good for deadlifting
The metal bends when deadlifting. I almost got injured when using these and I didn’t have that much weight on the bar(405). I bought 2 pairs and every time its the same thing. Do not buy if you plan to deadlift with these.
