Amazing wind resistance + solid water resistance
Was not expecting to like this as much as I do. It's been great all winter long – I rode it cycling about 12 miles every day, w/ ski goggles and a bike helmet. It saw sub-freezing temps, snow/slush/rain, and just kept on working perfectly. I only washed it a handful of times, but it seems to be holding up great. When the wind gets going, I honestly can't feel it at all, especially combined with the goggles. The vent holes in the mouth are perfectly sized/positioned, so as not to let too much heat out or wind in, but enough for me to breathe some fresh air. As some reviewers have stated, it's a tight fit - I have a pretty normal size head, and it's the absolute perfect size for me. I could see someone w/ a larger head get frustrated trying to get this thing on and especially off. Smaller/Medium heads this will work just fine.

Great for warmer winter days, nice break from sunscreen
My soul sister on here wears this for sun protection. I like this for the warmer northeast winter days - 30’s with sun. Been really good to have for that otherwise I have to slap on all my messy olive oil sunscreen & I am lazy & cheap so this is a win-win on that front. Nice product. I no longer cycle so no comment on that. Good for dog walking, hiking, blah blah blah.

Works well
Recently got to try this in single digit temperatures (F), it seemed to do a good job cutting down on wind. I should note that I felt cold transfer on the top of my head and had to add a fleece cap to stay warm. This is because this is not a thermal covering. It is a layer to stop wind penetration. There are only certain areas or panels that have Windstopper fabric. Mainly across the forehead and sides of the face. This fits snug and doesn’t stretch much because Windstopper is not a stretchable membrane. Overall I’m satisfied with this piece.

Ordered A Large, But is Too Small and too Tight, Gore Unisex Balaclava
Does not fit. I ordered a large. Do not order one of these. It is not returnable because it came from the UK. It took forever to get here and then when I tried it on it was tiny. It won't fit my wife either. I ride bicycles even in the winter. This was supposed to be an upgrade to my winter gear. Very dissapointed. It fits very close under your eyes so that prescription glasses are not useable. Nose and mouth pieces don't fit properly either.

Comfortable and warm
I wear this for biking in the winter and it's been great so far. Very warm and comfortable - the mouth hole is just big enough for me to get some air if I'm pushing up a hill but keeps my nose and everything else warm. It can a little tight squeezing it on as the fabric for the neck area doesn't stretch, but otherwise this has been great.

Haven't used it yet, but it's comfortable on
I've tried similar items but I can't breathe well with them. As soon as I saw the ventilation, I wanted it. I can't wait to wear it while bike riding.

Keeps warm.
I used this for cycling during the cold: it can keep warm in at least -5 degree celsius.

Wind stopper? Hardly.
I wore this item for the first time today, in sub-zero weather with a wind. I felt the wind on my (admittedly balding) scalp the moment I stepped out my front door. It fits very snugly, which is neither good nor bad, but needs to be emphasized. But since it's advertised as "wind stopper?" I call BS.
