Not a mechanic, but I guess it would depend on how much the engine runs. Remember it's a flush, not meant to keep engine from overheating

Because its not delivered to your house. Ford dealership is @14 miles round trip from me. So gas cost + time + people in traffic = delivered to my door for 5$ more.
