I bought this microwave oven from Amazon with high hopes, but right from the day I received it, the heating performance has been poor. It simply doesn’t heat food properly—dishes come out unevenly warm or completely cold, no matter how long I set the timer or adjust the power levels.I expected at least basic functionality from a brand-new appliance, but this product has failed from the start. It's frustrating to wait several minutes only to find that my food is still cold. This defeats the whole purpose of owning a microwave oven.I tried contacting Amazon support, and while the return/replacement process was available, it’s still disappointing that such a defective product was shipped in the first place. Clearly, there’s a quality control issue.Would not recommend this product at all unless the manufacturer addresses this heating defect. Very poor experience overall.

Ok, so To all the customers out there, Let me keep this straight and Simple to understand, Its an OTG Electrical Oven, which has toasting and Grilling Facility..Its Not a microwave Oven, For those Who want to reheat the food quick within 30sec, thats not possible.To make you Understand the Machine: it has 4 Rods located 2 on Top and 2 on Bottom, Which Heats and turns to red molten one once it achieve the temp. Which you have set in knob.(refer Image). NO Stop Button (Cons), rest all Good.So its a perfect machine for Toast, Chicken grill, panner tikka, Grilled foods and Rotisserie. You Cannot place a plastic object inside at any Cost as its a Oven and plastic may melt once attaining a certain degree temp. So reheating on a plastic utensil is ruled out, Glass is subject to own Risk and Metal yes You can Use as its Just Heat waves Metal utensils will serve the purpose(Cautious while taking out as it will be hot-No bare hand handling).....Its a great product for those who want an Oven for Grill , Toast and Rotisserie purpose as its the best OTG with a branded company with OTG facility.

The protective jaali that comes above the heating rod is missing on both sides. The box came opened. It got delivered without amazon packaging. The pdt looks like repaired and sent to customer. The trays don't fit well. It looks like jugad item sent to customer. So tired of Amazon low quality. I ve pictures to prove at the time of delivery. Let me know if someone wants it. M jus too tired to reach customer service

QUality is good . nice option for begining level oven.if budget is high so please go towards microvave because it take to much time to cook.
