Excellent neck pillow
I used it after surgery and found it very comfortable. Very happy I bought it. It has medium firmness and does not smell. Great value for money.

Best one I’ve tried
This was recommended to me, I bought this and one other to compare. This one was by far the larger, firm, robust, and comfortable so kept it and returned the other. Used on long haul to Australia, nice material and very well made. Good shape that supports your head and neck in various sleeping positions, can use as pillow if you are by the window to lean on. I also rested my feet on it to lift my legs a little. Scrunches back up in to the carry bag although there is a knack to this, keeps it small for traveling. Although I recommend this product, I would also suggest trying out more than one as what suits one person doesn’t suit another!

Good comfort for sleeping
I got this for long travel but decided to try it out just sleeping in bed and it's amazing.I struggle to get comfortable and often have a sore neck and back after waking up - nothing too debilitating, just frustrating and hard to deal with doing some physical tasks, poor posture etc. - but just a few nights with this around my neck and my back feels greatCan finally get to sleep easy and get comfy quicker than I usually can

I'm not sure if I have a neck like a giraffe but it really didn't provide much support, certainly not enough to allow comfortable sleeping on a coach or plane. Was soft & did keep my neck warm though.

Seems to be a well made product very soft outer over memory foam,

Very multifunctional
Comfy and functional.Love the memory foam, feels very supported. The cover is removable so I can wash it in the laundry after a few trips. Also the hand side pocket on the pillow allows the storage of eye mask which is very handy so less chance of me misplacing it.
