These were recommended by my son's pediatrician when I shared that I was getting recurring strep throat. I can't say they prevented my strep throat but they have been great for my overall health. My son and I both enjoy the taste.

While I can't definitively say they're the reason I've stayed healthy, they seem to contribute positively to my overall well-being.The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is the difficulty in quantifying their effectiveness. It's hard to attribute my lack of illness solely to these lozenges, as many factors contribute to health. However, they seem to be a beneficial addition to my regimen.Overall, if you're looking for a proactive way to support your throat and oral health, these lozenges are worth considering. Flavor and texture is reminiscent of the inside of a malt ball (Whopper/Malteser). No idea if they're making a difference but the taste is pleasant so I'll keep taking them.

I already take a daily probiotic but it is one that is swallowed and dissolves in your GI system so I don't think any of the probiotic strains stick around in your mouth. This is a dissolvable tablet that tastes like a mild sweet vanilla flavor. It dissolves over time but I admit I always end up chewing it 1/2 way through because I am impatient. Your mouth has both "good and bad" germs but it is a problem when the bad out perform the good and you end up sick or with a sore throat. I just got over an upper respiratory infection so this came at a good time. I can't state whether this helps with a sore throat or not because my throat wasn't sore when this was delivered. But I did research on it and this seems to be of benefit, especially if you are a person who gets strep frequently.

I picked these up because I have an autistic daughter who needs to take probiotics. I really like that these dissolve in the mouth. It is nicer for her than a swallow pill. I have a 5 day rotation with different probiotics. She is always happy when this one comes up. They taste really good in both our opinions. It kinda soothed my throat when it was sore. It does take that dryness out of my throat.

These are surprisingly tasty probiotics. I had never heard of throat probiotics but I figure they might as well be worth a try. They taste good which is important since they do take some time to dissolve. They are pretty large and come in a nice blister pack which keeps them fresh.

I picked this up after one sore throat too many and, from what I can tell, it’s been a helpful addition. The flavor is actually decent and it’s easy to take -- no fridge required, no bad aftertaste. I’ve noticed fewer throat flare-ups, especially during allergy season.It’s not a miracle fix, but it feels like it gives my immune system a bit of backup. I just wish the pack lasted longer for the price.
