Update: after making this review the company personally reached out and offered a full refund of the product, and let me know that they have addressed the issue with their quality department to try and resolve the issues going forward. I did not expect this to happen and by doing so I will definitely buy another product from them. They truly stand behind their customer serviceFirst and foremost I like the desk, it was very easy to put together and the instructions were great. However I didn’t notice until I had the desk completely together that there were 2 cracks in the wood, one on the mail board but on the bottom side, (cool not noticeable) and then one on the side board where the motor is but on the top of the table (very noticeable when sitting at desk) the package was not damaged at all by FedEx so I’m assuming this was packed this way. Over all the desk works great and moved up and down with ease.

Great desk for the money!! I work from home so comfort was something ive been waiting for for a long time. I love the adjustable feature its awesome, and love the little hole in the back center for cords to feed through. The adjustable buttons are super easy to use. So much happier with this as my new work desk from what i had before. The adjustable height makes it so you can use any chair you want. I got a new lazy boy chair that was too tall for my old desk but now its not! So now i have comfortable chair and comfortable desk!

Assembly Experience• The assembly took me about 30 minutes from start to finish.• The instructions were primarily visual, with each piece labeled by letters and numbers, which made the process straightforward.• All the necessary tools were included in the package, so I didn’t need any extras.3. Design & Build Quality• The desk surface, frame, and motor all feel solid and well-made—definitely not cheap or flimsy.• There is a good amount of weight to the frame, contributing to its overall sturdy feel.• The Rustic Brown finish is both appealing and versatile. It matched perfectly with other rustic brown furniture and shelves I have, so it should blend nicely with any similar décor.4. Functionality & Performance• Height adjustments are smooth and quiet—there’s minimal noise when raising or lowering the desk.• I find both the lowest and highest settings comfortable. It’s easy to transition from sitting to standing with just a button press.• The three memory presets are a great convenience; I’ve already programmed my favorite heights.5. Workspace & Organization• The 48” x 24” desktop provides ample room for what I need. I’m actually using this as a sewing desk, and I find the surface area more than sufficient for my machine and materials.• While I haven’t needed the integrated cable management tray and headphone/bag hooks, these features could be very handy for anyone using the desk for office or gaming setups.6. Edit: The company has reached out to me and assured me they are taking my review seriously. They will be making some quality control changes so that future products going out to customers will be without these issues I have listed. I can only hope that this is true for all those looking to purchase a quality product. I am a big fan of companies that do the right thing so I'll bump my rating from 1 star to a 4 star for the good customer service. Not tossing it a 5 star because product currently sucks and having to deal with hassle of returning it.I am actually quite disappointed in this product. I want to like it. I was happy to get it on sale. The wood when the product was finished being put together I fear lifting from the sides due to the fear it would break the dowels. Flipping it from bottom way directions suggest to build it to normal side up was like panic mode. I figured okay I'll just lift it from the middle sides...nope it cannot even hold the weight of the legs without bowing!!!This product is the furthest from sturdiness you could ask for, especially while typing it shakes my monitor whether in standing or sitting position. Finally the edges are a bit sharp so if you lean your wrist into it you're going to get it digging into them and leave painful lines. I'm not being sensitive here it's noticeable! The only good thing I can give this product is the height adjustment is actually quite nice. Otherwise the fact it isn't actually a solid top really bothers me. I cannot recommend this product.I am an amazon reviewer and so I only give honest reviews. If you are looking for something cheap if catch it on sale. I guess it's your dice if want to purchase it and hope it doesn't break in normal use. I'm looking at return options atm. I am rly disappointed I have to waste my time unscrewing this and dropping it off at one of the drop off locations to return it.
