I can't tolerate vitamin E supplements, but am a 45-year-old woman who needed more vitamin E for hormone balance. What a relief to find this. I've had no problems with it. Hormones do seem more balanced, skin looks better, and I think it's even made me feel better brain-wise. If you're at an age where you need help with hormone balance I also suggest the following: Nordic Naturals DHA, a high quality blackcurrant oil supplement, Naturemade multivitamin for Her. For me, calcium and magnesium are better had through food. But add those too if you're not getting enough.

The Wheat germ is packaged well and fresh product. Easy to swallow - small gel- capsules, Easy to break open if wish to apply to skin areas, or ingest by mouth. Great nutty-like taste. Healthy for you.

This works well on my skin when apply it topically and wash it off in the shower. Skin looks and feels better for a few days afterwards. Sometimes I ingest the capsules. They seem to work well.

Used on a facial scar. Had cancer removed and had stitches. There was a couple of bumps left and I applied this wheat germ oil topically. The bumps went away in 3 days.Also had a burn from a pan in the oven. Applied this topically and the burn healed very quick. Hardly any pain.

I have used this product for almost a year now and I STILL love it! My nutritionist started me on it and I didn't really ask questions why she had me taking it (silly, I know). After taking it though, I noticed that my skin on my hands - which is usually so dry that you can see white cracked lines - started to feel better and not so dry.
