yes they are made in China. work good

Q: What are they made of?

Not what I had hoped, I use them for cleaning and I was wanting more of a paper towel type of material. These are a silky, thin type of material. Don’t know what it’s called though.

Q: can these be used to wipe around a stoma when colostomy bag removed?

Did you try it? How’d it go? That’s exactly why I was looking at these. I use adhesive remover separately and use wipes to clean the rest
