Good
I use it because I'm loud while Im gaming so I don't want to disturb the people in the house and it works just remember this product don't have glue so you have to buy double side tape for it.

Sound reduction
I am a classroom teacher. My classroom is connected to the gymnasium where we share a wall. Using these have reduced the sounds from the gym by 35%. My students and I have noticed the reduction of sounds which allows us to focus on our tasks at hand.

Shame
These are advertised as "high density" but there is no material less dense on earth. Worthless for any job besides being blue. I am genuinely offended by this truly bad product. The description is not only misleading but patently false and they must know it.

Excellent sound treatment for a budget studio!
The material is thin thus it wont deaden sound, but it’s certainly better than nothing. I use this in conjunction with custom built absorbing panels and these serve as great compliments, especially given the size of my small studio. Love the color and design as well. It is very much used functionally as it is aesthetically. It fluffs up to its full volume in about a day after removal from the vacuum sealed packaging.

Definitely NOT High Density
Only gave this three stars because I find the description very misleading; this is definitely NOT high-density foam. It is low to medium density at best. I can’t really speak to its ability to dampen noise because I haven’t installed them yet, but I wanted to make that comment about the density, and also the thickness; All you people complaining about how thin they are need to read the instructions. Yes, when you first open the package, they’re a little thin because they’ve been sitting in a vacuum-packed, compressed package for probably days, or weeks. After opening, mine expanded almost immediately to at least half their intended thickness. After sitting for a day, they reached what I would say is pretty much full thickness. (See photos.) The instructions spell it all out, so read the instructions!! If yours didn’t come with instructions, see the pic I posted. This product is pretty much what I expected for the money. If you don’t have very high expectations, you’ll be satisfied.

Doesn’t work on reducing sound
These are just basic sponge it doesn’t do anything. I also thought they had adhesive at the back but that’s my fault for not reading the description properly.
