Q: Why does it have so much Thiamin, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid & B-12?

thiamin is B-1 pantothenic acid is B-5 and B-12 are very essential B vitamins that we tend not to get enough off and are important for our nervous system our brain and helps metabolism of protein carbs and fat niacin helps with colestoral. I had to look this info up again and so this is why I like that it is higher than most and take it everyday

Q: does this b complex contain any citrus, lactose, or milk?

The label says "This encapsulated product contains no hidden coatings, excipients, binders, fillers, shellacs, artificial colors or fragrance. Contains no dairy, wheat, yeast, gluten, corn, sugar, starch, soy, preservatives or hydrogenated oils." The label doesn't mention citrus so I couldn't say for sure about that one. You may want to contact Pure Encapsulations directly through their website to ask about citrus to be 100% clear.

Q: How can I tell if what I received is counterfeit or not? The capsules smell funny to me (more "cheap vitamin-y" than my other PE supplements).

They are b-group vitamins. They stink. There’s nothing wrong with them.

Great product, delivery messed up

I need this methylated form of B vitamins for my genetic mutation that is activated now.This product only requires one capsule for tge entire day. Making it the most cost effective IMHO.The only problem I had was with the Amazon delivery guy. He couldn't speak any English! He wanted to take a picture of the package but couldn't get a signal. It took us 10 minutes to finally understand what he was trying to do.On top of that I have clear delivery instructions stating that all packages need to be left on the front porch and not in the back alley where contractors are known to steal packages.Please hire people who can speak English when dealing with customers!

Effective!

So this is my favorite B complex vitamin. I like that it has a wide variety and the recommended daily doses. There is no taste and it has helped me with energy and anxiety. Very effective. Does make the urine yellow so beware.
