I would say a size medium if you want to tuck in your tummy. I also wear a size 8, and the medium fit good, they're just a tad more high waisted than what I'm used to. I'm only 5'3", so I should have taken that into consideration. They're exceptionally soft and comfortable panties.

Q: I’m a size 24-26 will these fit me ?

I wear a 26-28. I ordered the 5-pack in size 5xl, and they fit perfectly. Very comfortable. No wandering to places they shouldn't go. Am buying the 6-pack next.

I would order a 2X because these are so large. They are super high wasted as well. But I think a 3X would be way too large for you. I ordered a 2X and I wear a size 18 in jeans and the 2X is sort of too large for me.

Q: I wear ordinary size 9 panties, ( not overweight , not pregnant), what size should I order?

You need to look at your size on the underwear cause Amazon will send you the wrong size I ordered a size XL and Amazon sent a size L
