Q: Can you please fix the bluetooth drops and bad anc? thank you. reviews on headfi show many issues.

Same issue as the set I just received- June 26 2022- loss of connectivity and the speed of play randomly changes. I am returning for a replacement because the audio is excellent. Hopefully the new set will work as intended. Thank you Amazon for making this so easy to exchange.
