Q: Does it fit men’s small?

JC C I have to use the large size but so far I haven’t had any problems with them. I did have to trim about a half inch off of my left one because I have to use the elevated Darco but the right one fit perfect.

Q: Will the insole system will fit inside a Dr Scholl's therapeutic slipper if my client should choose that option over the open toed Darco shoe?

Only Darco, other fit is not guaranteed

No, insoles of those shoes are not replaceable. Get a new shoe.
