Q: i have coarse, wiry brow hair i never know what stays in place after combing will this sealer work for me??

This is a great product to keep eyebrow makeup in place. Long lasting, no smudges. Not sure that it work like a hair gel for your eye brows.

Q: Can you use this on fake tattooed eyebrows

If your brows are tattooed and you have no hair, I don’t think using this would work as far as being waterproof.

Q: Can this also be used on lips and mascara or eyeliner?

No, for Lips you can use Lip Elegance Lipstick Sealer which seals any lipstick or any lip liner and stops feathering and bleeding around the lip line. Amazon caries the product too! we do not recommend you to use it on mascara or eyeliner due to the alcohol in the product. Thank you for your interest on our product.

The sealer goes on last. Your brow makeup wouldn't go on smoothly if you did it first. Do your brows, brush a thin layer of sealer over your work. It's a great product, I live on it.
